HOW DO I ORDER?

I select the size in the item I want to order and then click on the "BASKET" option. If I want I can choose other items and add them in the same way to my cart.

Then in the upper right part of the screen there is the basket where I go with the mouse and select "Buy".

I can complete my order as a Guest or Create an account. By creating an account with which I will connect each time to make my purchases, I also benefit from extra privileges without any other obligation.

If I select the "Buy as a guest" option, I simply fill in my details in the required fields with the asterisk "*", select the Shipping and Payment method and then check the option that I have read the terms of use and click "Confirm". Finally I see on the screen the confirmation message of the order and I receive the corresponding confirmation email.


WHAT ARE THE METHODS OF PAYMENT?

The payment methods are: Cash on Delivery, Deposit to a bank account and Payment by credit or debit card.


 IS THERE SECURITY IN TRANSACTIONS?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

WHY IS MY CREDIT NOT ACCEPTED?

In case your credit is not accepted you should contact the bank where your card belongs.

CAN I ADD A PRODUCT TO THE ORDER I JUST POSTED?

Once you have completed your order, you can place a new order and in the field "Add comments for the order" you write that it is a supplement to the previous order you made.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

To return an item, it must be in its original condition with its tab and packaging. Then contact us and we will inform you about the process of returning your product.


MONEY RETURN

Refunds are only made if you receive a defective product.
