Shipping / Payment methods

You can make purchases from our online store in the following ways:

- Cash on delivery: by choosing "cash on delivery" as a method of payment, your order will be paid upon receipt of the products.

- By choosing "credit card" as a form of payment, you are transferred to the secure environment of Piraeus Bank where you provide your card details and complete your payment.

- Deposit to a Bank Account: by selecting "payment by deposit to a bank account" as the method of payment, you complete the order but within the next 3 working days you must deposit the total amount of the order via e-banking or through a bank branch of your choice, in the Vsisters account listed below:

The reason for the deposit should be your order number or your name.

Shipping products

The products are shipped by the courier company. The shipping cost is 3 € and 2 € pay on delivery over Greece. For orders from 75 € and over the shipping cost is free.Shipping costs are not free during discount periods.

After each order we will contact you to inform you about the delivery time.

If your order exceeds 2 kg you will be informed about the shipping cost.
